   Welcome to Deepak Chopra LLC (“Deepak Chopra LLC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of:

   - Digital courses on courses.deepakchopra.com (Kajabi)
   - The Deepak Chopra Membership hosted on Mighty Networks
   - Our content and offerings on YouTube, including channel memberships (“Chopra Well”)
   - Any digital products, events, features, content, software, or services offered by Deepak Chopra LLC (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. WHO WE ARE
   Deepak Chopra LLC is a U.S.-based company offering content, education, wellness resources, meditation programs, membership communities, and related digital products across multiple platforms. Certain offerings may be delivered or hosted by third-party platforms. When applicable, those platforms’ terms also apply.
2. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
   We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
3. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

By submitting UGC, you:
- Retain ownership of your content; and
- Grant Deepak Chopra LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your UGC for any lawful purpose.

We may remove UGC at any time for any reason, including safety, legal compliance, or community standards.

   - Promote products, programs, or solicitations without authorization
   - Share private or personal information of others without consent

   - Use bots, scraping tools, or automated access
   - Use content for commercial purposes without permission
   - Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Services.

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

   1. All digital course sales are final once access is delivered.
   2. Access is guaranteed for a minimum of five (5) years from purchase.
   3. “Lifetime Access” refers to the lifetime of the course on our platform—not your lifetime.
   4. If a course retires within 5 years, we will provide an equivalent replacement or a credit toward another offering, at our discretion.
   5. Access is for one individual and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

   1. Memberships auto-renew monthly or annually until canceled.
   2. Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
   3. No partial or prorated credits are issued for early cancellation.
   4. Access ends at the end of the paid billing period.
   5. Behavioral rules apply; violations may result in removal without refund.
4. YouTube (Chopra Well – YouTube Memberships)
   1. YouTube memberships, billing, perks, and platform behavior are governed exclusively by YouTube’s Terms of Service.
   2. Deepak Chopra LLC cannot modify or override YouTube’s terms or policies.
   3. Refunds, cancellations, platform availability, and community features follow YouTube’s policies.

   1. We use cookies for functionality, personalization, and analytics.
   2. You may not republish, copy, or redistribute site content without our express written permission.

Deepak Chopra LLC does not assume liability for the delivery, support, refunds, or performance of legacy Chopra Global LLC offerings.

1. THIRD-PARTY LICENSED PARTNER PROGRAMS
   Some offerings may be delivered by independently operated licensed partners. When applicable:
   - The partner’s Terms & Conditions apply;
   - The partner is responsible for the program’s delivery and administration;
   - Deepak Chopra LLC is not liable for the partner’s actions, omissions, refunds, or performance, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Co-branding or association with Deepak Chopra LLC does not by itself alter the allocation of responsibility for partner-managed programs.

1. MISCELLANEOUS
   Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
   No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce such provision in the future.
