Today’s Sutra: Recognizing the Dream of Everyday Reality
In today’s sutra, we learn that we are constantly shifting through different states of consciousness—waking, dreaming, deep sleep—all of which represent unique frequencies of awareness. Our waking life, vivid and lucid as it may seem, is just one of these dream-like states, a passing experience shaped by consciousness itself. When we recognize everyday reality as a dream, we begin to awaken to the source of all experience, a place where we can consciously shape our reality.
Take a moment to reflect on this idea today. Allow it to become part of your awareness as you go about your day:
“Every reality that can be accessed is a domain or frequency of consciousness.”

Daily Practice

- Reflect: Hold today’s sutra in your awareness—every reality that can be accessed is a domain or frequency of consciousness. When you encounter stress or fear, ask yourself, “What am I doing right now to project this experience?”
- Practice: Observe your perceptions as temporary and fluid, like a passing dream. Allow yourself to sense the deeper self beyond these projections, the unchanging source of all experience.
As you move through today’s sutra, may you begin to recognize the dream-like nature of everyday reality, opening yourself to a deeper awareness of the self that never changes.
