How do I access my courses?
To access your courses, simply log into your account and click on “My Library.” This will take you to your purchased courses, where you can continue your learning journey.
How can I track my progress?
Your progress is tracked within each course. Completed lessons are marked with a checkmark, and a progress bar displays your overall course completion.
Can I download course materials?
Select course materials, like supporting PDFs, can be downloaded directly from the relevant lessons.
Is there a community feature included with the course?
We’re excited to share that a community feature is coming soon! This will allow you to connect with other participants as you progress through your journey.
 Do I need to complete the lessons in a specific order?
The course is designed with a recommended sequence to guide your learning experience, and certain modules will remain locked until you’ve completed the previous ones. However, supportive or bonus content may be available for you to explore at your own pace.
How long do I have access to the course?
Once purchased, there is no expiration on your access to the course materials. You can revisit and review content at your own pace.
Do I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Yes! Upon completing all the required lessons in the course, your certificate will be delivered to you via email. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder, just in case) after marking the course as complete.
I completed the course, but I can’t find my certificate. Where is it?
If you’ve completed the course but haven’t received your certificate via email, ensure that:
- All lessons and modules have been marked as complete.
- Your email address is correct in your profile settings.
- You check your spam or junk folder for the email.
If you’ve confirmed all of the above and still don’t see your certificate, please contact our support team for assistance.
Will I receive notifications for new content or updates to the course?
Yes, we’ll notify you by email if new materials are added to your course. Make sure your email preferences allow for notifications so you don’t miss any updates.
I’m not receiving emails from the course. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder and add our email to your safe senders list. You may also want to confirm your email settings in your account and update them as needed.
