Today’s Sutra: Seeing Through the Projections of Reality
In today’s sutra, we learn that both our current reality and imagined worlds—heavens, hells, and beyond—are projections created by consciousness. Just as our everyday life is a dream-like projection, so too are realms we imagine or associate with the afterlife. Consciousness naturally projects experience, weaving endless realms and forms, each a different dream within the larger dream of existence.
Today’s sutra encourages us to see the world as a projection, understanding that all experiences, from this life to any imagined afterlife, are expressions of the same divine self.
Take a moment to reflect on this idea today. Allow it to become part of your awareness as you go about your day:
“Everything that I experience is a projection of my divine self.”

Daily Practice

- Reflect: Hold today’s sutra in your awareness—everything that I experience is a projection of my divine self. Throughout the day, consider that every reality you encounter is part of this grand projection, a dream created by consciousness.
- Practice: Notice moments when you can see everyday experiences as temporary projections. Allow yourself to witness them as if watching a dream, knowing they are all expressions of the same divine self.
As you move through today, may the awareness of life as a projection deepen your understanding of the divine self within.
