Loving-Kindness: A 3-Day Compassion Meditation Journey

We give so much to the world around us. And yet the most transformative place kindness can live is often the one we overlook — within ourselves.

Over three days, you'll be gently guided through a journey that begins there, and naturally expands outward. Into the way you see others. Into the way you move through your day. Into a deeper recognition of what we all share as human beings.

Each of the three days includes:

  • A video teaching to open the theme
  • A guided meditation to drop into the practice
  • Reflection prompts to carry the experience into your life

Day 1 — Befriending Yourself We begin at the source: learning to meet yourself with honesty and warmth, and discovering the quiet freedom that opens when self-criticism softens.

Day 2 — Extending Kindness to Others As compassion grows within, we widen the circle — practicing the art of seeing the full humanity in the people around us.

Day 3 — Expanding the Circle We open even further, letting kindness become less of a practice and more of a way of being in the world.
